In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the kn7777 platform — whether by visiting kn7777.org, creating an Account, logging into an existing Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kn7777 platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting the kn7777 support team at [email protected].

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kn7777 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

kn7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on kn7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register a player Account on kn7777.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing kn7777 from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kn7777 or any of its affiliates, partners, or software providers, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on kn7777 or any other gaming platform operated under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

kn7777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your kn7777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kn7777 will never ask you for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other channel.

You must notify kn7777 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. kn7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.

Each player may hold only one Account on kn7777. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or in conjunction with another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kn7777 reserves the right to close all related accounts and void all balances in such circumstances.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held in your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. kn7777 may periodically request updated verification documents to maintain KYC compliance, and failure to provide these within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your kn7777 Account or any funds held within it to any third party.

kn7777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, QR Ph, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All transactions on kn7777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. For cryptocurrency transactions (USDT TRC20), conversion rates are applied at the time of the transaction and are non-negotiable once confirmed on-chain.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your kn7777 Wallet in real time for GCash and Maya, and within the processing time of the relevant payment provider for bank transfers. kn7777 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction.
• kn7777 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 4 hours of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• kn7777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above ₱50,000.

kn7777 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request to your Wallet if verification cannot be completed within 72 hours of the request being submitted.

kn7777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.

Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active in your Wallet, the maximum single bet using bonus funds is ₱500 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% while live casino games, table games, and sports bets contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The specific game contribution rates for each promotion will be published in the promotion's terms.

Bonus Abuse: kn7777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other players, or opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been met in full.

All games available on kn7777 are provided by licensed and independently audited software suppliers. The rules governing each individual game — including paylines, return-to-player (RTP) rates, side bet rules, and jackpot mechanics — are governed by the rules published within the game itself and by the relevant software provider.

kn7777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted in real time via video stream from professional studio environments.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally:

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game, table, and player account tier. kn7777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kn7777 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kn7777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all associated balances and winnings:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing kn7777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with kn7777 games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including — but not limited to — poker, baccarat, or any tournament format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any kn7777 game or platform feature. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Using kn7777 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in any manner, as described in Section 6 above.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at kn7777 staff or other players via Live Chat, Messenger, Viber, email, or any other channel.
• Opening multiple accounts on kn7777, or accessing another player's account without authorisation.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any funds within it to a third party.

All content on the kn7777 platform — including but not limited to the kn7777 brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and multimedia content — is the property of kn7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kn7777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the kn7777 platform without the prior written consent of kn7777.

kn7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using kn7777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by kn7777 includes information provided during registration, KYC verification documents, transaction data, gameplay history, and communications with the support team. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have given consent — marketing communications.

kn7777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kn7777 shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the kn7777 platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from platform use.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory requirement, or any other reason.
• Any losses arising from your failure to secure your Account login credentials.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider, banking institution, or the Philippine payment network.

kn7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your kn7777 Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kn7777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Termination by the Player: You may close your kn7777 Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Suspension or Termination by kn7777: kn7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement.
• Extended Account inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months of no login activity).

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kn7777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance — including real-money funds — where permitted by applicable law.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the kn7777 platform — including game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus terms, or account actions — you should first contact the kn7777 customer support team:

If you are not satisfied with kn7777's final decision on a complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. kn7777 will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless kn7777 elects — at its sole discretion — to submit any dispute to binding arbitration under Philippine arbitration law.

kn7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kn7777 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed on the kn7777 platform upon login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the kn7777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
